Why was I charged before my Free trial even expired?

I just started a 14d free trial and the main point for it is not to be charged before even trying. Cancel the payment and refund my account you scammers

  Hi Krisztina,

  In addition to the Brizy Cloud free trial, you have a Personal WordPress plan subscription. A payment of $59 was deducted towards your Personal WordPress annual plan. No payment was deducted towards Brizy Cloud Free trial.

  Please sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login to view the specifics of your current plans and payments. To view the payments you have made, select "Billing" from the Account menu.

  

   

  If you cancel your annual plan within the first month, you will receive a full refund. Please confirm if you would like to cancel your Personal WordPress plan by June 04, 2024 and we will reimburse you for the full amount.
