Brizy cloud - form is not working properly
Dear Team,
For one of our websites in our Brizy cloud account (https://www.ginop321.hu/), we are experiencing the following persistent error:
On random occasions, the form gives an error message even though all fields and checkboxes are filled in.
Our customers and partners have reported it several times and in several places, could you please look into the problem and see how it is that some people have it working and some people don't? And what can we do to avoid this problem?

When some users report that the form is functioning properly but others get an error, this typically indicates that a computer program that they have installed is preventing the form's data from being sent via email.
AVG antivirus software has been reported to have blocked a Brizy Cloud URL. On our end, we were unable to replicate the problem. We are looking into this matter right now. What you are experiencing may be the result of a big software vendor blacklisting a Brizy Cloud URL.
We will keep you informed as we find more details.

Thanks for the answer! If I change the form's connection (from email notification to Brevo or Mailchimp), will the form work well with people who have AVG antivirus software?

Hi Mate,
We use leads.clouddashboard.online for saving leads, and AVG has blacklisted this URL, according to a report from another client. Brizy forms may be impacted by this blacklisting even if you switch from an email notification to an app integration.
We require evidence that this problem occurs with the most recent virus definitions before we get in touch with Avast Support to report the false positive. We are yet to get this confirmation.
