The contact form doesn't work

A few days ago I sent you an email because I have a problem with a form in one of my websites.

  Hi Lourdes,

  We are unable to access your WordPress Dashboard URL. I see a 'Locked' error. Please check if access from certain countries are blocked in your hosting dashboard. Kindly provide temporary access to India and Philippines. If you can allow access to an IP address, kindly whitelist the IP: 136.185.20.143
