Facebook Pixel Problem
Hey there
We use Brizy WordPress and we met the next problem: we have duplication of Pixel event "Page View" on our landing page, but only if the buttons have the text "Register" in it
So the user enters the website - FB gets the first "Page view" - the user clicks on the button with the text "Register" - FB gets the second "Page view"
If we change the text to another, for example, "Get details", Facebook works perfectly
I assume that you have some kind of automation to make it easier for someone who isn't familiar with FB, to track at least something for the user, but could you tell me what it could be?
Thanks a lot! :)
If you can provide the answer to n.solunin@iampm.club it would be perfect!

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It appears that there could be a conflict with your Facebook events on your website, specifically when using text like "Register".
Please review the configurations of your buttons and associated Facebook Pixel events. Ensure that the "Register" button isn't mistakenly set to trigger a "Page View" event. As you mentioned, using different text such as "Get details" resolves the issue.
Unfortunately, we don't currently have automation to simplify tracking for those unfamiliar with Facebook.

Got it
So do I understand correct that you don't have any special settings for the buttons from your side, right?

Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Regarding the buttons, we currently don't have any specialized settings available. You're able to modify the text, CSS class, and custom attributes. Initially, these options don't contain any preset values.
