Loading time with the Agens theme

Hi,

I tried to test my new website using the Agens theme, and it took 8 seconds to load just the home page. Are there any way to increase the loading speed? These are the recommendations from the page site checker. Also to add that this is using the Wordpress plugin on the Pro plan.
