  Hi Terry,

  If you are hosting your DNS records with Cloudflare, kindly ensure that DNS Proxy is disabled for the A Record and the CNAME record and check again.

  It has to be yellow or grey? At the moment it is like this and it's down

  Hi Terry,

  When DNS proxy is disabled, you will see grey color. DNS Proxy appears already disabled.

  Kindly check if you have an A record with these details. If you find this A Record, kindly delete it and get back to us. We will install the SSL certificate.
