Good morning I am taking the liberty of writing to you because my website is very slow. more than 8 seconds per page I installed the cache, compress the images but nothing changes

The reason for a comparatively lower performance of your website as per the above report is because the 'First Contentful Paint' takes 1.5 seconds. It is about how quickly content like text and images are painted onto a page. First Contentful Paint should be ideally less than 1 second. If you are on a shared hosting plan, this could be the biggest reason for the comparatively lower performance of your website.
If you can deploy your website on a Content Deliver Network, you can probably improve the performance of your website further.
