I want to upgrade to lifetime plan but old discount code stays in bank account

Hello,

I want to upgrade my subscription to lifetime plan, so I canceled my current subscription.

But the discount code, which was used last year for the transition from Personal to Freelancer, stays in the New Plan although I canceled it. When I click on New Plan or Renew Plan, the discount code stays in it.

I want to use a different discount code, namely for a lifetime plan: PH50FOREVER or 50WELCOMEBACK

How can I do this?

  Hi Annoeska,

  The 50% Discount offer is only meant for new customers. Existing customers cannot use the discount code you have mentioned above. If you want to avail this offer, you can sign up as a new customer at https://www.brizy.io/account/signup using a different email address and then purchase the Freelancer plan with the discount code.

  Hello, 

  This code: 50WELCOMEBACK is specifically for customers who are cancelling their subscription and want a new one. However I cannot use this discount code in a new plan (lifetime), because the old discount code stays in my plan.
