I recently renewed my Entrepreneur Plan (100 Licences). I checked with support before renewing and was assured I would get 100 Licences. However, I didn't get any licences. 

I have 91 licences in my account left over from last year's subscription - I should have 191 with my renewed subscription - please play fair! If you're not going to honour the plan I purchased then at least refund my £98 I just paid you and I can carry on with my 91 licences! Please advise!

  Hi Mike,

  You are currently subscribed to the Freelancer WP plan which gives you access to 100 Brizy Pro licenses. This is an annual plan and you are paying £94.80 per year for this subscription.

  You are using 9 out of the 100 licenses allotted to you and you can generate 91 more additional Brizy Pro licenses. The number of licenses would have gone up to 200 if you bought a second Freelancer WP plan. You did not buy a second Freelancer WP plan; instead, you just renewed your existing Freelancer WP subscription. Upon subscription renewal, the number of your licenses remain the same, but the validity of all your licenses get extended for a year. On April 25, 2024, your Freelancer WP plan was renewed and validity of all of your 9 Brizy Pro licenses were extended for a year to April 26, 2025.
