I could never find a way to install the pro extension. I want to cancel my subscription and be reimbursed as I am still in the 15 days free trial. How does it work?

  Hi Solène,

  Looks like you have already cancelled your subscription and hence your plan is currently scheduled to cancel on April 25, 2025. You have a full month to test the product and decide whether you like it before receiving a refund. You can make a refund request until May 24, 2024.

  Kindly have a look at the tutorial How to install Brizy PRO and activate your PRO license for the procedure to install and activate Brizy Pro. If you need any assistance in making Brizy work, feel free to get back to us. We are here to help.

  However if you are not interested in exploring Brizy until May 24, please let us know; we are happy to refund your payment right away.
