He visto que hay personas que también han tenido este problema, he leído las soluciones que ofrecéis, las he intentado pero no me han funcionado. No entiendo demasiado de esto no se como solucionarlo

As per a notification in your WordPress Dashboard under Tools - Site Health - Status tab, "for optimal performance and security reasons, you should consider running MariaDB version 10.4 or higher". Kindly see this screenshot https://jmp.sh/ZBKJax2k
The latest version of MariaDB is 11.5. Please request your hosting company to upgrade MariaDB to 10.4 or higher.
