    • What is the website's URL where you are experiencing this problem? 
    • If the issue is on a specific page, kindly share the page URL
    • Did you see the screen capture that I mentioned in my previous comment? If not, kindly see my test at https://jmp.sh/3NexwhRW Are you referring to this form?

    il problema è sempre lo stesso: con il tasto finale di contatto 'mettiti in contattato' non riesco a reindirizzare alla thank you page. Mi riferisco sempre al modulo di cui parlavamo già l'altro giorno. Penso ci sia un bug. Fammi sapere, grazie mille

    When you fill up the form, what happens? Can you kindly make a screen recording to demonstrate the issue you are facing? You could use a service like http://loom.com/ to record your screen.

    Hi Serena,

    Can you fill up the form on your mobile or using a different computer and check if the the form works and redirects to the Thank you page?

    If you have installed any of these software on your computer, it can interfere with email sending. 

    • An antivirus software like AVG, McAfee, Avira
    • Malware protection software like Malwarebytes
    • Ad blocker Browser extensions
    • A firewall

    Leads from your tests are being captured under the 'Leads' section of your project thumbnail in your Brizy Cloud Dashboard. 

    Kindly schedule a Zoom call if you want us to take a look at your computer to check why the form gives an error message at your end. We will attempt to troubleshoot this issue on your computer during the call.

    Kindly suggest a suitable time for the Zoom call to investigate this error on your computer.
