Hi, I wanted to buy the Brizy Cloud service but instead I purchased the Wordpress freelancer service. since I don't need this service which I bought less than 24 hours ago I ask for a refund and cancellation

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  You have the option to update your current plan to Brizy Cloud. To do this, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your Brizy account, using the login page https://www.brizy.io/account/login
  2. Navigate to Account >> Billing tab - https://jmp.sh/fHDasvRG
  3. Click on the Update Plan button - https://jmp.sh/aEYVWDzh
  4. Choose the plan you want to update to - https://jmp.sh/mMzJUfrw
  5. Scroll down and click on Continue Button 
  6. Confirm your new updates.

  i need cancellation and refund for wordpress annual plan that i've buy for mistake. i don't need that service anymore.
