The contact form doesn't work

Good morning.

I'm using a contact form in my website created with Brizy Pro. 

I have made the integration with gmail to receive messages and although it is listed as well integrated, when filling the form, always gives me message that my message has not been sent. I've proved with different mail addresses.
Could you tell me what the motive might be?

  Are you referring to the contact form at https://miteacheronline.com/contacto/ When submitting the form on this page, I see the "423 Locked" error for the URL https://miteacheronline.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=brizy_submit_form. Kindly see this screenshot https://jmp.sh/ayRmjbCA

  The requested resource is currently locked. The lock must be released or proper identification given before the method can be applied.

  Kindly report this error to your hosting provider and check with them if the lock can be released so that the admin-ajax.php file can submit the form
