Issue with custom domain (CNAME)

Hello Support,

We just noticed yesterday, one of our published project is not loading. We published this project using the CNAME record. It was working before, but not now. When it is being visited, the page shows "Project not configured" message.

The CNAME was configured in the DNS Settings properly, and still pointing to the right destination. We are managing our DNS in Cloudflare.

But here in the admin dashboard it is showing 'Not Found'

 

Please look into this issue and let us know what might be the problem. Also, if possible, please include the timeframe, from when this is happening for this domain.

  Hi Jeff,

  Kindly disable DNS Proxy for the CNAME record and check if it would resolve the issue.
