Element (eg. image/text) that "swivels" around when clicked displaying new element (eg. different text) possible?

I'm wondering if it's possible to add an element to a page (eg. a small image/icon/or text, such as a question) that "swivels" around when it's been clicked and then displays a new element (eg. different text, such as the answer to the question)?

  Unfortunately, we don't currently feature this. However, you may want to consider using the accordion element, which lets you create collapsible text sections that expand upon clicking.

  Okay, thanks. That won't work here.

  What are other, similar elements or effects? I'm looking for something that has some kind of effect when clicked, revealing something else/new (but not a simple dropdown)?
