Billing
Hello,
When I go to edit a site my header says the element is only available to pro users. I have a pro account and a license for the site. What do I need to do to resolve this?

Hi Nathanael,
We apologize for the inconvenience. When your subscription was renewed on April 11, 2024, the validity of your licenses did not extend for another year. I've manually extended the validity of your licenses. Please check to see if the issue has been resolved.

Hi Nathanael,
Please ensure that
- You are using compatible versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro. For example, these versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro are compatible with each other
- Brizy Pro plugin is activated. If you see the 'Deactivate' option below your plugin, it confirms that the plugin is activated.
- In your WordPress Dashboard under Brizy - Settings - License tab, kindly check if you see a license key installed

After ensuring the above, if you continue to see the error message, we will need access to your WordPress Dashboard to offer further help. Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io
