    In accordance with anti-money laundering and international sanctions regulations, our payment processor Paddle is unable to support transactions from sanctioned and restricted countries. Buyer transactions originating from comprehensively sanctioned countries or geographical regions will automatically be declined. For the list of the sanctioned countries, please visit https://www.paddle.com/help/legal/sanctions/which-countries-are-supported-by-paddle. Due to this, your subscriptions was canceled on May 02, 2023 hence your whitelabel subscription cannot be renewed.

    Kindly check if Stripe would accept payments from your country. As per the article at https://storeleads.app/reports/technology/Stripe/country/ZW  Stripe accepts payments from Zimbabwe even though it is not listed at https://stripe.com/in/global

    If you have a confirmation that Stripe accepts payments from your country, you have the option to sign up with the whitelabel plan featured at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud using a different email address. We can then transfer your projects to the new account.

    Hi, last time this happened and I was able to make the payment to renew my account. 

    1. Yes stripe accepts payment I am able to make payments via stripe 

    2. If I am signing up for a new white-label plan what does this mean? I had locked the early bird price and I see that the price is even higher than my initial purchase.

    3. While we find a solution for this could you please extend my account for more days as My clients are on my case

    We have extended the validity of your reseller account up to May 17th. This should give you some relief as we work out the details.

    Thank you so much I am an early bird user for brizy I love it with passion. 

    I am not sure if this can also help to come up with the solution. I have recently relocated to the United Kingdom as well. I could also use my UK bank card to make the payment. Let me know if this helps. Other than that I think brizy team should come up with solutions to cater for people in such markets.
