    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Sometimes, this issue occurs if you have edited the shop page with Brizy. As a result, the dynamic template you created may not apply to the page.

    If this is the case, you will need to create a new page and then go back to your dynamic template. Assign the new page in the display conditions.

    If this is not the issue, please provide us with a step-by-step procedure to replicate it. Additionally, please provide temporary access to your WP Admin page so that we can take a closer look at the issue you are facing. To do this, please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

    Hi Romel,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    We have changed the status of the previous Shop page to draft and created a new one. 

    Once we set it to draft, we accessed the WooCommerce settings and designated the new page as the default shop page.

    There were no changes in the template's display conditions as we are still using the same page. The template is now applied to the shop page.
