Brizy Failing with Header and Footers

Good morning, I am having problems with my website, the header and footer are missing, I have tried reinstalling brizy and brizy pro but the problem persists.
Could you check it please

  Hi Ingrith,

  The header was visible, but the footer was hidden. I have made the footer visible by enabling the option "Mostrar en escritorio" in the block settings. Kindly check and let us know if both the header and the footer visible now. 

  

   

  Kindly click on the 'eye' icon at the bottom right corner to see hidden elements in the Tablet and Mobile design views. You can then make those elements visible by selecting the eye icon associated with the specific element
