Effects not working

On a homepage I have a coupl eof 'effects'.  

One is a number counter and the other a section slides in from the left.  Neither seem work consistently. Most of the time they don't work so the counter for example stays on 0%

  It seems that the issue is originating from SiteGround Optimizer. To troubleshoot this, could you please try temporarily disabling it and observing if this makes any difference?

  If disabling SiteGround Optimizer resolves the issue, I recommend enabling it again and accessing the settings. In the settings, try disabling JavaScript and CSS minification to see if that helps resolve the problem.
