Change from Personal Plan to Freelancer

Please, on Thursday, April 11, my Personal Plan had to be renewed, however this was not done due to lack of money on the card. Now I want to check if I can cancel that charge from the Personal Plan and change to the Freelancer Plan, that is, I will be charged only once for the Freelancer Plan

  Hi Simbiox,

  Looks like you have already cancelled your Personal Cloud plan and have subscribed to the Freelancer Cloud plan.  Yes; you will be charged only for the Freelancer Plan every month.
