    Hi Bertrand,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please check if the same issue can be reproduced in Safari and Chrome?

Please give this a try and let me know the results.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I'm gonna update my website during the next 4 hours, I'll tell you then how it went on chrome

Can I use Firefox or is Chrome better for Briny?

    Hi Bertrand,

    Thank you for the update.

Brizy should work in Firefox. However, there is a possibility that certain addons or extensions in Firefox could potentially interfere with Brizy's functionality.

To troubleshoot this further, I recommend trying Brizy in Google Chrome and observing the results.

Please give this a try and let us know the outcome.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Bertrand,

Brizy Cloud projects usually take 5-10 seconds to open in the editor. It took around 9 seconds to open your project at my end. Please see my test at https://jmp.sh/3AR7U1Or

If it takes longer to open the project at your end, some investigation is required to isolate what could be causing the delay at your end. Kindly consider these troubleshooting steps

    • Sign into your Brizy Cloud Dashboard using a new private window of your browser and check if the page opens faster.

    • If you have an antivirus software installed with web-shield option, kindly deactivate/disable the antivirus and check if the editor loads faster
    • If you have Ad Blocker browser extension installed, kindly disable the extension and check if it helps.
    • If your computer has a Malware protection app like MalwareBytes, disable it and check if the editor loads faster.
    • If you are using a VPN, try accessing Brizy Cloud Dashboard without the VPN and check if that improves performance.
    • If you have installed any other security system, temporarily disable it and check again.

If none of the above steps help, we will need access to your computer during a Zoom Call to investigate this further.

The problem was solve in chrome so I assume it is purely a Safari issue.

The fact is I use a lot of tabs and Safari does not seem to priorities the active tab

Thanks for the suggestion in  Safari
