    We apologize for the inconvenience. You were earlier subscribed to Personal WP legacy plan. This plan was cancelled on September 01, 2023. Renewing this subscription was an error and this payment has been refunded to your payment method.

    To view or download your invoices, kindly sign into brizy.io account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login. Select the 'Billing' option under the 'Account' menu. In the Stripe page that opens up, scroll down to the bottom to see your 'Invoice History'. Click on the date of an invoice to view or download it.

    Hi KC George,

    I haven't received the refund yet. Despite that it have been a lot of days ago.

    I have connected Paypal as payment method. However I got a message from Paypall that I still have to pay 59,29. I cannot see on the bank account that you have paid the refund to my bank account. 

    This was my order number: #48674380-74110325

    Also little bit extra information, the refund reference number is: Refund Reference: 48674380-74110325

     

    I received on April the 17th a message that the refund has been processed (and it will take 1-5 days).

    However, I have never received the amount on my bank account.
    Could you please see if this payment has been done, because I don't have it.

    As per our records, we have refunded your payment € 59.29 on April 12, 2024. Kindly have a look at the transaction record at https://jmp.sh/7B2f52ZR. Please check your PayPal transactions on April 12, 2024.

    Kindly also request PayPal to see if they could trace this transaction for you.

    Hello, Yes I see in the screenshot the refund. However, it is not received by Paypal.

    The last time I also received a 'confirmation' of the refund, but it never was transferred to my bank account. This time, it appears that it is the same. I believe something goes wrong with refunding to Paypal. I suggest to transfer the refund to my own bank account, instead of Paypall. Is that an idea?

    I have contacted Paypal and there is no refund or transaction found on or around April 12. The refund, which you sent me on the screenshot, is never succeeded and the amount of 59,29 is never transferred to Paypal. Acoording to Paypal my account was blocked during that time, because I owed them the amount of 59,29. Could you please check if the payment of 59,29 has even succeeded and was transferred. 

    Then there are two options, you can transfer the refund to my own personal bank account or you can try again via Paypal, because my account is now working.

    Our payment processor Paddle handles our payment and refund transactions. Kindly write to Paddle at help@paddle.com with a cc to support@brizy.io. Please inform them that your PayPal account was blocked on April 12, 2024, the day the refund was attempted. Hence you could not receive the refund. Kindly request them to reprocess the refund.
