Use of membership functionality

I have a lifetime agency plan now. 

With this plan I wonder if I can use membership functionality. The yearly agency plan includes it.

  WordPress already provides basic membership functionality with default user roles. To enable the membership option, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Click on "Settings" and then "General".
  3. Scroll down to the "Membership" section.
  4. Check the box that says "Anyone can register".
  5. Save your changes.

  

  Once you have enabled this option, you can use the login element and modify it to display the registration form if you want users to sign up on your website.
