Issue with creating custom domain

Hi we are trying to use the custom domain feature but it asks that we upgrade our plan, but we already have a pro-plan and have used this feature before just last week. What might be the issue? Here is a video showing the issue. https://video.thedigitalheadhunter.com/v/4L7PCx

  Hi David,

  You bought the Agency Cloud  plan on Dec 1, 2021 and you can see the plan details below. It allows you 100 custom domains. Do you think you would have exhausted the number of custom domains allotted to you?
