Hey

I wanted to give a hand to a fellow white label agency owner (https://admin.iresauce.cloud), so I created an account on his agency account to give it a try (with this Brizy account email : douillot.yves@outlook.fr), he wanted to understand the process...

I have since deleted the workspace and the website I had created on his account.

The thing is that now, with this Brizy account (douillot.yves@outlook.fr), the Brizy Cloud preview domain is not brizy.site anymore but remains his preview domain (https://lemon20723041.iresauce.com) and as you can see, he hasn't set up the SSL correctly...

Furthermore, when I log out of Brizy Cloud, I am redirected to another of his page, not working correctly either.

My question is : can you help me get out of this situation and get my Brizy Cloud account back to normal ? It's not my main account, I also have a studio account and a WL account with my main clients websites, but anyway on this account I have three websites lifetime (AppSumo) that I am of course planning to use.

PS : I can't reach the guy anymore...

  Hi Yves,

  Your account got attached to the other white label agency account as sub-user; we have now detached it. Kindly sign in again and check.
