I have a contact form but I was to remove some questions:

How can I remove CC or something else?

  Hi,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  The CC field will not be active unless you input an email address into it. This is the same for the other fields. In this particular example, only the email address is required – all other fields are optional.

  The CC is not active, I mean *. But some other fields are. 
  
  I want to remove all does fields.

  Thank you for the update.

  Unfortunately, if you're using the SMTP option, these fields are required and cannot be changed. This is documented in this link:
  https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043766792-Email-notification-via-SMTP

  I suggest using WordPress instead to send emails from your website.
