License Expired

Hey Guys,

Please assist - it says my licenses are expired, but my account is up to date and the next payment is due on the 16th,

  Hi Wian,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. The automatic extension of validity upon renewal of subscriptions fails to work occasionally. I have manually extended validities of your licenses.
