I bought an Agency license and still can't access it

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have checked your account and it appears that the Agency package with White Label has not been active since last year. The current Agency plan does not include White Label.

    Hi, it seems to be some kind of mistake I bought the agency package, I can send you a confirmation from the card and in the meantime I am sending a screen....
    Please activate the agency plan or refund your money

    You have had multiple subscriptions. A few subscriptions were cancelled and few had failed payments and were paused.

    You bought your last Agency Cloud monthly subscription on December 04, 2023. These were the payments you had made and respective subscription validities.

    1. Initial payment of $34.50 on December 04, 2023. Subscription validity up to January 03, 2024
    2. Renewal payment of $34.50 on January 04, 2024. Subscription validity extended to February 03, 2024
    3. You cancelled subscription on March 04, 2024
    4. Your next payment of $34.50 on April 05, 2024 was credited towards your subscription from February 04, 2024 to March 03, 2024

    Kindly check your card statement to verify the aforementioned payments.

    Since your Agency subscription was cancelled on March 04, 2024, you do not have an active subscription. You will need to purchase a new subscription to keep using the PRO features on your projects. Please get back to us if you have further questions.

    You write that: "Your next payment of $34.50 on April 05, 2024 was credited towards your subscription from February 04, 2024 to March 03, 2024"  But during this period from "04 February 2024 to 03 March 2024" due to lack of payment, the account did not have an active subscription therefore if you have charged the money for the earlier period in which I did not have an active service please refund the amount: USD 34.50
