Cloud, Parallex Effect not available for mobile and tablet
Hi,
i am using cloud builder.
have applied Parallex effect for images on the desktop version, it works great.
But the parallex effect is not working on tablet and mobile view. And also, there is no possibility to set up parallex effect on tablet or mobile, image is only available as fixed-static.
I would like to set up parallex in all devices, how can i achieve that?

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing an issue with the Brizy parallax effect. When the animated parallax effect is applied, parts of the background image extend beyond the mobile viewport, and the fixed parallax effect does not work on mobile devices.
This is a known issue, and we are actively working on a solution. Until we can release a fix, you might need to use background images without the parallax effect, or use the fixed parallax effect, which only works on desktops. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello, I am sure that after such a long time, the problem has been solved and parallax can now be used on mobile phones and tablets. However, I cannot find the settings to enable it on my mobile phone and tablet. Please advise. Thank you.

Parallax effects are currently not available on responsive views (such as tablet and mobile), as they rely on the background-attachment property, which isn’t supported by most major mobile browsers, including Safari, Samsung Internet, and the default Android browser. At this time, only Chrome and Firefox offer limited support on mobile. For more information, please refer to this link:
