    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please try duplicating the current form and reconfiguring it? I encountered a similar issue earlier, and this solution seemed to have worked.

    Duplicating the form will remove the previous settings, giving you the opportunity to reconfigure it as needed.

    The problem was solved without any changes, just a few minutes after my question.

    I believe it was a temporary bug.
