Hi there!

Could you please tell me the best export settings on Final Cut Pro to get the maximum quality for background videos? (bitrate, resolutions etc)

  A resolution of 1920x1080 pixels (Full HD) is commonly used as it provides a good balance between quality and file size. Additionally, a bitrate of around 2-5 Mbps is often sufficient to maintain good quality while keeping the file size manageable.
