GET Parameter on contact form

Hello, is there the possibility that, when a user fills  the form on the page https://prestitiversodipendenti.it/ (Worpress Website + Brizy Pro Plugin), the form fields contents will be passed to a CRM (private label) via GET parameters?

Here is an example:

  Hi Cosimo,

  Form fields cannot be passed as redirect URL parameters using Brizy Form. Please consider installing a form plugin or embedding an external form which supports this feature. Kindly explore these options
