    Kindly have a look at https://brizy.tech/banner-ad/. Are you thinking about something like this? If not, do you have a reference website which can demonstrate the advertising banner that sticks to the very bottom of the page?

    Is it possible to make an advertising banner attach at a certain moment when scrolling the page and follow it to the very bottom of the page?

    For example, like on this site:

    Hi Timur,

    Thank you for the update.

    To achieve this, you can install the "Fixed Widget and Sticky Elements" plugin and follow the steps provided in this screencast to make the side section sticky - https://youtu.be/Bd3bnNUX4yk. 

    You can design the block by adding an image and text similar to the example you showed, and position it at the bottom.
