I keep getting an error trying to upgrade from Personal Cloud to Agency Cloud.

  Hi Dion,

  Your had an Agency Cloud subscription from February 2, 2022 until January 2, 2024 and it was paused. We could reactivate the Agency Cloud subscription for you and cancel your Personal Cloud subscription. Kindly confirm.
