Change name of the account and billing

Hello, I initially opened a brizy cloud account as a person.  Then, I created a company and know I would like to change the name of the account, I would like the account to be in the name of the company and insert all details about it (VAT number etc).  I cannot find the way to do it, please help, thanks

  Hi Marco,

  To change your Brizy invoices to the name of the company, kindly

  • Sign into your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
  • Select the 'Billing' option under Account. 

  

   

  • Scroll down to the list of invoices. Select the 'View' option next to your last invoice

  

   

  • In the Paddle page that opens up, click on the "Edit business address" link to edit your address.

  Thanks for your answer.  See the screenshot paste below (I am hiding personal info as I understand this post can be seen publicly).  The issue is that I cannot change the VAT number.  As a company, my VATn. is now different from my personal one.  Can you help?  All other fields are editable, so no problem, but also VATn needs to change

  Thank you for the update.

  Unfortunately, we don't have access to make the requested changes. I suggest contacting Paddle support at help@paddle.com and providing them with the Order Number. 

  
  They will be able to access your records and assist you in making the necessary modifications. Please be prepared to provide your VAT number and any other relevant details during this process.

  I hope that Paddle support can successfully resolve this issue for you.
