Hover Tool Tips

Hi Brizy,

I'm currently working on a project where I'm looking to implement hover tooltips on images. Specifically, I aim to have a tooltip appear upon hovering over an image, accompanied by a layout change where the background turns black with white text. 

I'm wondering if you could provide some guidance or point me in the right direction regarding how to achieve this effect effectively.

  Unfortunately, we don't currently have this feature. You may want to explore other third-party plugins that offer this functionality.  You may also want to post this in our Facebook community to check if other users have already implemented this feature on their websites and can offer suggestions on how to accomplish this.

  Bumping this topic, which I posted a question about in 2020. We really need native tooltips, not just for accessibility, but simply to make it clear what certain icon buttons do on hover.
