    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The issue appears to be originating from a conflict. Have you tried isolating this issue by temporarily disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if you can reproduce the issue? If you haven't tried this yet, please do so and let us know how it goes.

If the issue continues, this is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please make a full backup of your site as a precaution.

I have not made any changes to my WordPress environment or installed any other plugins. I actually started having this problem after Brizy's update.

I have sent the details, perhaps I am overlooking something.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Would you be able to create a staging version of your website and grant us access so we can investigate this issue more closely? If this is possible, please provide us with temporary administrative access to your staging site.

In the meantime, you can roll back to the previous versions using the following link:

Kindly follow this procedure to roll back:

    • Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
    • Deactivate and delete Brizy
    • Download Brizy 2.4.41 and in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
    • Download Brizy Pro 2.4.36 and under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I installed the previous versions and now everything works again.

The question remains, how do I ensure that this will not happen again in the next update? And how do I know that I can perform the update safely?

    Thanks for the support,

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that updates will always proceed smoothly due to the variety of plugins installed on a WordPress site, as some may cause conflicts. This is a common issue with all plugins.

To prevent this from happening again, I recommend creating a staging version of your website where you can test all your plugin updates to ensure there are no conflicts before updating your live site. You can use a free plugin like WPVIVID to create a staging site - https://docs.wpvivid.com/wpvivid-backup-pro-create-staging-site.html

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
