Problem with menu and displaying posts
Hi,
I urgently need you to look at my website please. The navigation is no longer displaying correctly (code showing on front end) and neither are my posts. Website is austinutilities.co.uk and there is a coming soon page on frontend at the moment.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The issue appears to be related to cache. To address this, please try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode to see if it makes any difference.

I think there seems to be an issue still.
Every time I try to preview the page, I get the same error and have to refresh cache every time. Only seems to happen on the posts and navigation menus. Everything else is fine.

Also noticed when you hover over buttons that are linked to other pages the URL says 'placeholder content' too. None of my page button work and simply goes to a 'page not found' page when clicked.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for the update.
Could you please provide us the URL so we can inspect it?
In the meantime, if you are using any cache or CDN plugins, please purge the cache or temporarily disable CDN and see if this makes any difference.
Best regards,

Thank you!

I'm using LiteSpeed Cache plugin and I have 'purged all' each time I view a page.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for your cooperation.
I opened each page and clicked on "Purge this page - LSCache," and it seems to have fixed the issue.
Could you please try it again and see if you still face the same issue?
Best regards,

Hi, so I've now noticed a simlar issue happening on another site I built for a client and this is on a totally separate host. Buttons are not working and they send you to a 'page not found' page.
I noticed there was a brizy free update a day ago? Has this something to do with it? Also wordpress updated too.
I've also noticed other users having the same problem on this support forum. Please I really need this fixed.
I've also managed to get a screen recording of the problem I am encountering and you can download from we transfer - https://we.tl/t-pF8YLVu8Ad
Thanks

Hi Adam,
I just tested all your pages and did not find any page with errors, that had broken buttons that led to internal pages or blog posts that wouldn't load. Kindly see my test at https://jmp.sh/juwKUEWu
With the most recent Brizy update, the menu element shows the above error when viewing cached pages. If you clear server cache for your pages, the error should disappear. We are working on a fix for this bug.
Please clear the cache on every page if you are experiencing a similar problem on another project and see if that resolves the problem. We can also fix it for you if you grant us access.

Hi George, thank you for trying but the problem seems to be intermittent. This problem is still happening this morning. I'm going to purge all pages again. If the problem is still happeneing i'll let you know.
The button problem also happened on another one of my sites and this is on a completely different host.
Will the menu bug be fixed today do you know? Still an issue this morning.
