「ショートコードショード」、「埋め込み」が使用できない

ショートコードなどを使用して、コードを記述することができない。

確認できている事象

①既に入っているhtmlを書き換えようとすると<div></div>のみになってしまう。

②何もない状態で記述しようとすると<>←を入力すると、自動で&lt;&gt;に書き換えられてしまう。
