Problem : Video bloc does not appear on my website

Hi,

I added a video bloc in my website here :

FR Version  : https://azoresfreediving.com/mon-parcours/

EN Version  : https://azoresfreediving.com/en/my-background/

But it does not appear though on the back office WP, it is seemed to be OK.

Could you help me ?

  Hi Ondine,

  The second video at https://azoresfreediving.com/en/my-background/ does not play on page load. A GDPR notification which says "Click to accept marketing cookies and enable this content" appears and when clicking on the notification, the video plays. 

  

   

  As per the support thread here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/youtube-videos-are-not-enabled-even-with-full-cookie-consent/ when using a speed optimization plugin along with Complianz and when   Minify/Concatenate Javascript files option is enabled in the optimization plugin, videos can show this error.  

  Do you have a speed optimization plugin active along with Complianz plugin in your WordPress Dashboard? Try disabling the  Minify/Concatenate Javascript option in the optimization plugin and check if that resolves the issue.

  Hi there,

  Thansk for your quick answer.

  So it is written the sentence you are talking about :

  "Click to accept {category} cookies and enable this content" but This option seems not to be activated in my website.

   

  Also, there is no problem of display of my video carrousel here below, when you scroll my first page til the end :

  

   

  I don't understand the difference and why it is working for those little videos and not for the big one.

   

  Do you have any idea ?

  Hi Ondine,

  The first video at https://azoresfreediving.com/mon-parcours/ works well; the second video is the only one with this problem. In contrast to the second video, the first one has a cover image that you have added.

  

  Kindly add a cover image to the second video and check if the issue resolves.
