Server sync issue
Hello, I'm having server synchronization issues again. After the update, sometimes I receive the message shown in the picture below. I'm quite frustrated with it. Even when I make changes on the website, they often don't appear. I have linked the website to my official domain www.pvauto.cz. Unfortunately, the project is still connected to a different domain: https://pvauto.brizy.site.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Tomas

Hi Tomas,
Thank you for contacting us.
We are currently in the process of rebuilding the sync feature to address the current issues. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific timeframe for its completion at the moment. As a temporary solution, I recommend connecting your domain name to Brizy Cloud using the instructions provided here: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
Alternatively, you can use the Export HTML feature and ask your client to upload and extract their website files onto their server. You can find more information on how to export HTML here:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026945332-Export-HTMLI apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to let me know.

Good morning.
Having the same issue on my project. Have cleared VAR and Cache Folders with no success. The status page for brizy cloud claims incorrectly all systems are fine, suggest this is ammended to reflect the server sync functionality is broken.
Regards,
Simon.

Hi Tomas,
Thank you for contacting us.
We have made some progress with regards to this issue, but we have not received any official updates from our developers regarding its status. However, the last time I checked, it appeared to be working fine, as demonstrated in this screencast: https://youtu.be/ek-OW3pfvF4
As you can see on the left screen, I am updating this page in Brizy Cloud, and on the right side is the synced website hosted remotely.
Please give it a try, and if you have any questions, please let us know.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
