  Hi Alexander,

  Kindly check the CNAME record added to your domain and ensure the 'Required' and the 'Current' data are the same in this screen.

  this data has not been changed for a month and until this morning all current data corresponded to the required data

  Kindly do a DNS lookup of www.sellpromo.ru at https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php and you will notice that the CNAME record is missing. Please check with your domain registrar why the CNAME record is missing in a DNS lookup of your domain
