The licenses have expired across all sites.

Hello,

A few days ago, I renewed my Pro license, but I have encountered an issue where all the licenses issued across various sites have expired and were not extended.

Although I was able to activate Pro by issuing a new license, I am concerned about the necessity of this process. Will I have to go through the same procedure every year when renewing my Pro license?

I would prefer if the licenses being used across different sites could be extended automatically.

  Hi Takuya,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the validity of your licenses could not be extended automatically when you renewed your subscription on Mar 16, 2024. I have manually extended the validity of all your licenses. Kindly check.
