Add gallery to Blog Posts

Hi there,

We've used Pods to add Galleries to single blog posts and then wanted to use Brizy to create a single template, so that the user doesn't have to use Brizy.

However when we create the template there is no way to pull through the gallery.

I guess we could use Enviro gallery to create the gallery and then use a shortcode but we want to make it easy for our client and this way is not easy!

Thoughts?

  I have attempted to reproduce the issue using Pods, but I was unable to replicate it. It's possible that I am approaching it differently.

  So, we've been using the Disable Guttenberg plugin for sometime now but I can now see the benefits of using it.

  One more question, how do we get the images to open in a lightbox rather than going to a seporate window? Appreciate that's not a Brizy question.

  Please try using Simple Lightbox -  https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/

  There are no extra settings needed when you use this plugin. It works automatically.

  Hi KC,

  Another gallery issuw with Pods.

  We've followed the video again to add gallery to a post and it works fine but the gallery isn't showing as a grid. See https://www.thetomlinsonsheritagesites.co.uk/el-escorial/

  We're using Blocksy as the theme but then Brizy Template for single posts.

  Not sure what we've done wrong?

  It seems that the issue is coming from the Blocksy theme. This issue is not present when using the Astra theme, as shown in this screencast - https://youtu.be/Q6t_zRwcV3E

  You may want to consider switching to the Astra theme to resolve this issue.
