I have tried a number of things to access the Brizy Cloud account, but I continue to get this message. I do not understand why it is for this particular account when another agency account works fine.,

  Hi Ebony,

  Looks like your domain name navweb.cloud has expired and is now available for purchase. Please sign into your domain registrar account and check the domain expiry. Kindly buy the domain again and get back to us.

  I never purchased Naviweb.cloud. Every time I try to access the Brizy Cloud, I get that error. 

  The site I am trying to update is HousingAffordabilityTrust.com. I am trying to redirect the brizy domain to this domain and cannot.It is on Brizy's end. Who can I talk to at Brizy?
