Infinite loading screen when wanting to edit any page
Hi,
I get an infinite loading screen when I want to edit any of my pages. This issue has never occurred before and I haven't made any major changes on the dashboard either. I tried disabling newer plugins that have been installed, but it hasn't done anything. This is quite distressing and I request an immediate solution to this.
Regards,
Vishal

Hi Vishal ,
If you are seeing a looping pre-loader when trying to edit a Brizy page, it indicates that that a piece of software in your hosting environment is interfering with Brizy editing. To fix the problem, please sign in to your hosting account and check if you see a
- Security system
- Malware protection
- Firewall
- DDOS
in your server management system (like cPanel). Disable these systems one at a time and see if that makes a difference.
Please also check if you have installed a security plugin in your WordPress Dashboard. Deactivate the plugin and check if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, please relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company.
Please contact us again if you need assistance in identifying the interfering software. We will require access to your WordPress Dashboard to troubleshoot this for you.

I have the same problem. I disabled from CPANEL all the security and website aswell.
Where should I send the credentials to test?
Thanks

Hi Jay,
Thank you for the update.
Please try raising the PHP Memory Limit to 512M or higher. Also, please set the .htaccess file to its default settings and see if this makes any difference.
This issue also occurs on pages with too many revisions.1. To increase the Memory limit, please refer to the steps on this link: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/wordpress-memory-limit
2. To reset the .htaccess file to its default settings, please refer to this link: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/45898/default-htaccess-file-for-wordpress
3. Reduce page revisions. I recommend trying the steps outlined in this link to see if it resolves the issue: https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/wordpress/how-to-manage-wordpress-revisions-to-optimize-site-performance
The above article offers a manual method of limiting page revisions using phpMyAdmin, or you can opt for WP Optimize, which is simpler to operate.
Please try these steps and see if they help address the issue.
