Hello,

I want to make a quiz/survey as a lead generation tool.

Do you have any options how I can do that? I want every answer to to lead to a different outcome.

  Additionally, Fluent Forms also offers a Zapier integration that allows you to connect Fluent Forms with different marketing apps or lead generation tools - https://fluentforms.com/fluent-forms-zapier-integration/
