"Bad news, your starter template was not installed" (Portfolio Template)

Hi!

I am trying to use a starter template (Portfolio) on my website rehu.org. I recently deactivated brizy on my older site, and was able to load a template onto the new site which then crashed when I edited it. I was unable to edit again, so I tried to delete everything and start over. I'm now receiving the error "Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn’t do it. Please contact us." I'm using EasyWP through Namecheap on this site. 

What suggestions do you have to fix this error?

  Hey Ariel, 

  Thank you for getting back to me. I realized what a mess I had made when I tried to move my Namecheap EasyWP site to Cloudflare. I think this caused a lot of issues, so I decided to delete the site and start over. I was able to successfully install the desired starter template after starting over.
